Having had the opportunity to collaborate with Springboard and the team assigned to this project has been an exhilarating adventure. Their enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and adaptability to the project's requirements were truly exceptional. Here's a breakdown of their contributions: Performance: The team displayed a commendable performance in undertaking the tasks assigned to them. Given the tight timeframe and scope of the work, they managed to produce mockups and Figma files for the majority of the pages/views, which shows dedication and the ability to prioritize. Collaboration: It was a pleasure collaborating with them. Their communication was clear, and they showcased a genuine interest in understanding the requirements and aligning their work accordingly. Deliverables: The mockups and Figma files provided were detailed, aligned with the project's objectives, and showcased an understanding of user experience principles. It would have been nice to have all three pages completed, but the quality of the two delivered was impressive.

I enjoyed working with Oleksandra Sokolov, Allie Burns, Ceili Ecker, and Phil Kuan. The team brought a can-do attitude from the beginning and worked under tight timelines to complete the project and met my expectations of the project. They demonstrated a strong work ethic in completing the project and displayed tremendous creativity and problem-solving skills in producing solid recommendations for improving the agenda-builder aspect of BoardSpace.

Developing a UX strategy to create an easy-to-use two-sided marketplace. Designing a UI to go along with the UX strategy. Optimizing website performance and assessing areas for improvement. Researching other variables that can improve the user experience. Testing the developed website and making improvements based on additional data.

Specifically, the focus will be on improving the agenda and minutes features of the application. This will involve several different steps for the team, including: - Setting up user testing sessions with paying customers to gather feedback on the current web application. - Analyzing the feedback and identifying areas for improvement in the agenda and minutes features. - Collaborating with the development team to implement the necessary changes based on the user feedback. - Conducting additional testing to ensure the improvements have positively impacted the user experience. - Creating a report summarizing the findings and the implemented changes.
