The main goal for the project is to conduct user testing on the current web application of BoardSpace in order to gather insights that will help design a better product, provide better customer support, and offer an improved customer experience. Specifically, the focus will be on improving the agenda and minutes features of the application.


This will involve several different steps for the team, including:


- Setting up user testing sessions with paying customers to gather feedback on the current web application.


- Analyzing the feedback and identifying areas for improvement in the agenda and minutes features.


- Collaborating with the development team to implement the necessary changes based on the user feedback.


- Conducting additional testing to ensure the improvements have positively impacted the user experience.


- Creating a report summarizing the findings and the implemented changes.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:


- Conducted user testing sessions with paying customers and gathered feedback on the current web application.


- Analyzed the feedback and identified specific improvements needed for the agenda and minutes features.


- Collaborated with the development team to implement the necessary changes based on the user feedback.


- Conducted additional testing to ensure the improvements have positively impacted the user experience.


- Created a comprehensive report summarizing the findings and the implemented changes.

Mentorship
  • Preparation of any relevant resources and assets in advance of the kickoff call
  • Be available for a regular weekly check-in call
  • Access to Lead Developer as needed
  • Be responsive throughout the collaboration to ensure progress is not blocked.
  • Allow the learners to share their work in job search materials.
