Non-Profit - Event Planning

We are looking for assistance in with event planning for our annual fundraising event. We are looking for assistance with the logistic side of planning of our event. This project will include:Finding and securing a venue, entertainment, and catering.Developing and launching a ticket sales strategy. Developing a volunteer recruitment strategy and assisting with volunteer recruitment and on-boarding. Gaining event planning and organizing experience, including managing personnel and strategic planning and execution.

Non-Profit - Outreach

This project will include:Brainstorming potential partnerships or methods for engagement with the local communityMaintaining a calendar for outreach eventsWorking closely with community partners to plan and execute various outreach eventsCoordinate and execute tabling events to engage with individuals and share informationAssist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials

Non-Profit Fundraising - Event and Campaigns

We are looking for assistance in with fundraising. This primarily includes event planning for our annual fundraising event that support our mission, and assistance with our direct-ask fundraising campaign that will be launched at the fundraising event (e.g. script preparation, creation of brochure for potential donors).This project will include:Developing and implementing a strategy for our fundraising event and campaign launch that ensures we reach our target goal of raising $30,000 Experience telling a compelling story to others so that they fully understand the need for our project and funding.Gaining event planning and organizing experience (e.g. venue and entertainment booking, catering, decor, etc.).Identify potential sponsors and funding opportunities for our fundraising campaign and event (e.g. prize donations for an auction and raffle at the event).Develop writing materials and scripts for the fundraising campaign.

Non-Profit Fundraising - Grant Writing

We are looking for assistance in with fundraising. This primarily includes completing grant applications that support our mission.This project will include:Develop a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding.Identify potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project.Interpreting to the best of your abilities grant calls and application guides, to determine our eligibility and what we can apply for.Improve the clarity and persuasiveness of our non-profit organization's grant proposal writing.
