What is the main goal for this project?: We are looking for assistance in with event planning for our annual fundraising event.
We are looking for assistance with the logistic side of planning of our event.
This project will include:
Finding and securing a venue, entertainment, and catering.
Developing and launching a ticket sales strategy.
Developing a volunteer recruitment strategy and assisting with volunteer recruitment and on-boarding.
Gaining event planning and organizing experience, including managing personnel and strategic planning and execution.
