A lot of information is packed into this document, and it will take me a few reads to unpack everything fully. As E Know Solution is a start-up with a long road in front of it, I really appreciate the hard work to help with the new business hurdles. I noticed a few things in the final version that stuck out. 1. The company name is 'E Know Solution,' so there should be no 'S' at the end. In our initial discussions, I mentioned that the cost of new hires from an HR standpoint is high, but I never mentioned that E Know Solution performs or provides HR services. I don't want to mislead potential clients into thinking that EKS can or will help with HR situations beyond our online training portal. EKS is focused on the 'How To' of the tasks performed on a daily job site; think of Lynda.com. The two companies referenced in the pdf, 'HRdownloads and BambooHr, ' do not represent what my company focuses on. 3. On several occasions, my name is spelled with a 'C,' not a 'K'...it is Erik.
