OPTION: we have our preliminary Marketplace coded in React inside our Academy. Software developers could expand that Marketplace to list additional items including behavior assessments, coaches' books, swag, coaching services, and so on, tied into our Stripe payment. We have an existing website in Wordpress enabled with payment. We want to add an e-commerce page which lists various products for sale to be integrated with a shopping cart and payment using applets available to do these activities via Wordpress. As a perk, students who do this project are invited to be part of the first cohort in the history of the world (no kidding - it's that awesome!) to earn a Soft Skills Certification badge for Linkedin and your resumes. Certification runs Oct 26 - Dec 15 (with an extended grace period to complete everything by Jan 15, 2022). Online Health Services Section for Health and Wellness Website

NEW SERVICES PROJECT OUTLINE and INFORMATION IndiGrowth Health & Wellness is launching a new website on January 5th and is looking to add new services to its E-Commerce website. The services the company is looking to add are: 1. Certified Health Coaching 2. Online Counseling Services which is inclusive to Indigenous Focused Counseling. We want to create a platform where licensed Certified Health Coaches and Certified Professional Counselors can be hired as independent contractors and matched with clients through our website. All appointments are booked through our website with customers looking for specific services. The platform will offer Health Coaching and Counseling services from the same portal and a questionnaire will help to distinguish the two services the individual will be looking to use and what their specific needs are after choosing from the two. Each health service will have many distinguishing factors that will need to be filtered through to allow for the proper counselor or coach to be paired with a client. Factors such as: 1. Certified Health Coaching - • Certified Health Coaches will leverage multi-disciplinary clinical expertise around the participant's focus to deal with specific areas that focus on three main categories: I. Nutrition – Nutritional Health Coaching/Meal and Diet Planning Focus will be placed on holistic nutrition II. Fitness – Physical Fitness Goal setting and Fitness Plan Development Specific emphasis will be placed on mobility and injury prevention as well as calisthenics, fundamentals of weight and resistance training III. Mindset – Stress reduction/Self Care/Goal Setting/Mindfulness Coaching evidence-based behavioral change models designed to target and motivate personal engagement and behavior change. 2. Licensed Professional Counselors - IndiGrowth will work with a growing team of highly qualified, licensed, and accredited counselors. Our counselling team will be compliant with Clinical standards, including: Psychotherapist, Counsellor or Social Worker designation Accreditation by a provincial or national licensing body Master's/PhD degree Liability insurance A Canadian criminal record check Experienced in a variety of therapeutic approaches (all counsellors must be experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - CBT) Experienced in a wide array of treatment areas, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and many more. Computer Science - Website Design - HTML, Java, React, Reskilling

Our organization can offer a virtual opportunity for students or teams. The primary focus for the student(s) will be: to execute during the placement, as exemplified below. Where applicable, we will work with the students to select the tools/platforms they will be using to complete their work. Create a dashboard type platform where users can network, create connections and create business opportunities. You will work to finalize Front end and Back end of the beta iOS and Android app. We hope to be in a stage where our Startups and Community users can use it to the potential to gain benefits to better manage their non-profit work. The beta app is expected to have the following functions. Application Website Development - We are seeking to build and launch a new innovative product to represent a clean and intuitive website. We are open to suggestions and ultimately a stack of choice by development team. Our goal at the end of this experience is: Application Development to: 1. Log-in: Secure platform, validate User ID/email 2. Verification: Password – note, I do not want to save nor manage user password – we will need to determine levels of compliance 3. Multiple user types with different needs – we can have levels of users 4. Communication on the platform among users via direct correspondence(private) or group chat opportunities similar to “slack/trello” without crowding their inbox. 5. Application Development - Level Up

Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for (1 | 2 | 3) computer science students or teams. The primary focus for the students will be: creating a software application for our media database. We have a number of lists on an Excel spreadsheet containing our media contacts with their emails, position, outlet (we would also like to include their social media handles). Right now, we copy and paste the columns and send them out through Gmail. We would like to set up our own database software that houses them in a coordinated way and allows us to send out media release to specific groups in one blast. Application Development - Selecting the best technologies for creating the application or feature (i.e. Media Release distribution function); creating a fully-functioning application to house our media database. Our goal at the end of this experience is: Application Development - For the student(s) to create a fully functioning application.
