Details

BoardSpace, a company specializing in board management software, plans to integrate artificial intelligence to enhance its existing minute-making feature.

The current system requires significant manual input, which is time-consuming. Our goal is to leverage AI to automate the minute-taking process, making it more efficient and accurate. By doing so, BoardSpace hopes to improve user experience and reduce the workload on board members and administrators.

The project will analyze the current minute-making process, identify areas where AI can be applied, and develop a prototype demonstrating the enhanced feature. This will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their knowledge of AI, natural language processing, and software development in a real-world context.

Deliverables

- A detailed analysis report of the current minute-making process and its limitations.

- A prototype of the AI-enhanced minute-making feature, including code and documentation.

- A presentation demonstrating the functionality and benefits of the enhanced feature.

- A user manual or guide explaining how to use the new AI-enhanced feature.
