The primary goal for this role is to lead and oversee the implementation of three key circular economy initiatives within our Reuse Centre: Free Store, Borrowing Centre, and Repair Café. These initiatives aim to eliminate wasteful practices, promote the principles of the circular economy, and contribute to a more sustainable and resource-efficient future. Additionally, the role involves marketing and organizing events to enhance awareness and participation in these initiatives.

- Lead the planning, development, and execution of Free Store, Borrowing Centre, and Repair Café initiatives.
- Organize educational events, workshops, and campaigns related to circular economy practices
- Engage with the community and local partners to raise awareness about the circular economy initiatives and foster collaboration
- Develop marketing and promotional materials to communicate the benefits and objectives of the initiatives.
- Oversee inventory and resource distribution in the Free Store and the Borrowing Centre, promoting efficient resource use
- Develop and deliver educational programs on reuse and repair as part of the Reuse Centre
- Collect data on the impact of the initiatives, such as waste reduction and community engagement metrics
- Prepare regular reports to track progress and measure the success of the circular economy initiatives
