Abiye Go-to-Market Strategy Development

MedInclude is seeking a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Abiye, a platform designed to enhance healthcare accessibility. The primary goal is to create a marketing plan that effectively introduces Abiye to its target audience, emphasizing its unique features and benefits. Learners will analyze the current market landscape, identify key competitors, and determine the most effective channels for reaching potential users. The project will involve researching customer demographics, preferences, and behaviors to tailor marketing messages accordingly. Additionally, learners will develop a timeline and budget for the marketing campaign, ensuring that all elements align with Abiye's brand values and objectives. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their marketing knowledge and skills in a real-world context, focusing on strategic planning, market analysis, and creative communication.

MedInclude Website Revamp

Medical information and instruction is often shared with a lot of jargon and medical terms making it hard for patients to understand. Complicated medical information is a barrier to receiving equitable and quality care and adds an unnecessary layer of anxiety to patients’ care process. The problem is compounded for patients who don’t speak English as a first language as they sometimes have to navigate translating what is being said by themselves. Healthcare organizations try to solve this by hiring nurse navigators, printing booklets, and hiring translators. All manual, expensive, and unscalable. MedInclude leverages technology to simplify medical information into grade 5 reading level and making it available in multiple languages.

It takes a village to raise a child is not just a saying, it is a tried and trusted method of bringing up fully-developed children. Practical assistance, such as help with household chores, meal preparation, and childcare, becomes invaluable as parents grapple with the demands of raising a child. Abiyé - a Yoruba word which loosely translates to ‘thriving after birth’ - is a matching service to connect new and expecting mothers who need an extra pair of hands, with volunteers willing to support them. The main objective of this project is to design the UX/UI architecture of Abiyé. This includes understanding the features needed for the user journeys of the Mums, Volunteers, and MedInclude admin.
