We would like to collaborate with students to plan a capital raise plan to help meet our goals.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals.
  • Estimating and establishing the budget of the fundraising event.
  • Creating a plan of action and a detailed breakdown of tasks for volunteers to complete
  • Assisting in marketing and promoting our event.


The main goal of this project is to update the website for Sodale Group and add a UGotThis and Developer Tabs and refinement of investor finance fund raise information. This includes support of a private REIT & REDT listing on FrontFundr, including a pitch book, and potential research support of refinement of the REIT financial model that a modeller is building.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Understanding of our mission, values a
  • Creation of a plan of action


The tasks that learners need to complete to achieve the project goal include:

- Updating the website for Sodale Group and adding a UGotThis Tab; Developer Tab and refinement of investor finance fund raise information.

- Supporting a private REIT listing on FrontFundr, including creating a pitch book.

- Supporting research for the finance modeler the REIT and JV financial model.

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our mission, values and goals
  • Our programs and fundraising events
  • Input on decisions, deliverables, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
