Our organization is interested in the possibility of dealing with Fake news as it has far reaching consequences. As part of our initial assessment and strategy development, we would like assistance in evaluating the necessary legal process and risks. We would like to work with students to get a picture of what is necessary to address this - understanding that there are different laws in different regions but many commonalities.

Deliverables
  1. Identifying the key legal factors including AI
  2. Identifying local laws and regulations that may impact the effectiveness
  3. Identifying any barriers
  4. Determine the best legal structure.
  5. Intellectual property and trademark protection.
