By offering the conference for free, we ensure that best practices and cutting-edge early childhood pedagogy are financially accessible to often underpaid ECEs. With an anticipated participation of 300 ECEs nationwide, this event is poised to widen our reach significantly, engage with new potential clients and make a highly impactful contribution to the profession. The conference aims to address best practices, learning through play, and work-life balance, providing valuable insights and community connection to enhance the professional development of ECEs.
