Phase 1 November 2023 - January 2024 || Phase 2 February 2024 - March 2024

The goal of this project is to continue phase 2 of three work streams for Valemount Consulting including updating the branding, look and feel across Digital platforms and designing two planned products:

1) updating and refining Valemount website, LinkedIn and Teams branded look and feel and standardizing and enhancing across platforms;

2) an executive coach offering, including pricing and market testing, onboarding of senior executives; and

3) designing a fractional C-Suite with a focus on Chief Compliance Officers, Digital Marketing Executives, CISO, and Treasury.

Workstream 1: execute on the Website and LinkedIn report written in Phase 1 across the website, LinkedIn and Microsoft Teams platforms. (This work stream is largely renewing existing team members from Phase 1)

Workstream 2: refining the executive coach offering and go-to-market plan, including a survey of existing executive coaches to understand their offering and how they go to market (This work stream could use 1 -2 additional members, especially with a business, human capital or change management background)

Workstream 3: Further refine the fractional C-suite go-to-market offerings that have been drafted in Phase 1 including fractional C-suite for Digital Marketing, CISO, Treasury and Chief Compliance officer. Activities will include designing and laying out a "Microsoft Teams channel" for each individual offering, complying with the brand guidelines the Workstream 1 helped define.

(This work stream is renewing the existing team and adding one new member for Digital Marketing - must have this background: Chief Information Security Officer - must have related background; Chief Treasury Officer - must have finance / liquidity background; and Chief Compliance Officer - ideally a legal or compliance background)
