Details

System Music Warehouse, a subsidiary of Bootsy Entertainment Group Inc., aims to broaden its market reach by enhancing its online presence. Currently, the company primarily serves a local customer base, limiting its potential for growth. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that will enable System Music Warehouse to sell products beyond its local market. By doing so, the company seeks to drive new revenue streams and foster customer growth. This project will require the team to analyze current online trends, evaluate existing e-commerce platforms, and propose a tailored strategy that aligns with the company's brand and objectives. The project will also involve identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the implemented strategy.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a detailed e-commerce strategy report, which outlines the proposed online sales approach and platform recommendations. Additionally, the team will create a prototype of the online store interface, showcasing user-friendly navigation and design elements. A presentation summarizing the strategy, including potential KPIs and growth projections, will also be delivered to the company stakeholders.
