This will involve reaching out to potential customers via different platforms, utilizing basic knowledge about real estate and Proptech, and leveraging good communication skills and CRM knowledge to drive sales and business growth.
Students will be compiling a list of leads and contacts generated on an Excel/google sheet along with further information and notes collected from their research and outreach and submitted to the employer which will be reviewed weekly.

- Research and analysis of potential customer demographics and preferences
- Development of a strategic sales plan and outreach strategy
- Implementation of the sales plan through various platforms and communication channels
- Regular reporting on sales performance and customer feedback
- Collaboration with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts
- Continuous improvement and optimization of the sales strategy based on results and feedback
