Details

We have developed a large bank of management accounting questions, but all these questions are static questions (have only one version).

The project involves creating algorithmic questions (multiple versions of the same question) using Microsoft Excel.

These questions will be used for assignments and quizzes so that students will get different versions of the same questions. This reduces the chances for cheating.

Deliverables

  • Create Excel spreadsheets for accounting related questions.
  • Use random numbers and set the range or parameters for each variable in the question.
  • Solve the question on Excel spreadsheet using formulas.
  • Generate 20 -30 versions of the same question on Excel.
  • Transfer the questions and solutions on a word document.

Mentorship

Will provide initial training on Excel functions to be used for the project.

Will supervise the students on an ongoing basis.
