- What is the main goal for this project?

We would like students to develop a mobile application which can be used on both iOs and Android through which personnel have the ability to select their task, have the applicable forms for those tasks appear and then fill in the forms through the app which would then be saved in our SharePoint drive.
•360 currently has field personnel email in copies of their safety forms. These are sent in various formats, electronic forms, photos of printed forms, saved pdf files or scans of printed forms.
•These forms are then filed in a Sharepoint folder and are recorded as submitted in an excel tracking spreadsheet.
•This is a time consuming and inefficient process as forms are often not filled out correctly, not named properly and data for analytics is not easily retrieved.
Ultimately, students will be developing the app to replace the existing process right from inception through testing and completion.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:
- Develop the application for use on mobile devices with multiple operating systems (iOs and Android)
- Training 360 staff on maintenance and modifications of app
- Develop capability in app to do offline form storage such that personnel could complete forms when out of range forms would automatically upload when they return to range
