What is the main goal for this project?

We recently launched an updated website and are looking for a group of students to perform an audit, analyse the usability and create meaningful and actionable strategies around how to increase conversions.

Our website and landing pages already ranking well on Google and generating a lot of traffic, but our problem lies in converting the leads that come to that page into real action.

This project includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating strategies for Increasing conversions on our existing high-traffic landing pages
  • Recommendations on Improving the overall user experience
  • Analyzing and disseminating heat maps (we have been running Hot Jar since our launch in March)
  • Developing sample user tests
  • Overall recommendations on how the website could be improved.

The final project deliverable should be a report including research, analysis, and recommendations, and perhaps a presentation. It should assist our marketing team in successfully increasing our conversation rate with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.
