We have an environmental brand designed to increase social awareness around climate impact. We would like to build a marketing process to get the word out and sell product.

This is essentially a start up and wee would like students to design new promotional material for this product line. Based on our insights and additional research, students will develop promotional marketing materials for our existing media and make recommendations on alternative media to consider.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

• Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services.
• Create marketing strategy and efforts.
• Recommending marketing tactics to promote our new product such as exclusive previews and introductory offers.
• Designing promotional material for various media.
• Making multiple versions of marketing materials and testing them for comparison.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

• Familiarity with our target market, products and services
• Assessment of our marketing strategy
• Recommendation of marketing tactics
• Design of promotional material

Bonus steps would include:

• Creating and testing marketing materials

Final deliverables should include

• A final report.
• A 10-minute presentation.

We are also open to finding a student or a group of students that would be interested in working to market this program ongoingly.
