Key Responsibilities:
- Transform existing proposal documents into visually appealing pitch decks using Google Slides.
- Standardize and templatize client documentation to ensure consistency and professionalism across all deliverables.
- Review and optimize current workflow diagrams in Lucidchart.
- Develop and enhance website content, including crafting landing pages that resonate with our target audience.
- Enhance project management practices and setup in Notion to improve adoption by consultants and increase overall project effectiveness.
Additional Tasks:
- Assist in creating a content library for easier access and management of digital assets.
- Develop training materials or guides to help onboard new consultants on the use of standardized documents and Notion setups.
- Participate in the review and feedback sessions to continuously improve the tools and processes you help implement.
