What is the main goal for this project?

One Iota Golf Performance has developed a software platform that helps athletes and coaches track on-course and off-course performance and uniquely mental performance. We have an initial digital marketing strategy that will need to be expanded on. Further, we want to build a list of potential customers that we can make initial contact with. 


The main focus of this project is the following: 

  • Review the existing marketing strategy and make adaptations as needed to achieve greater success
  • Develop digital marketing content that is needed to execute the marketing strategy
  • Build a list of potential customers for the coaching version of the One Iota Golf Platform  

Bonus steps include: 

  • Making initial contact with potential customers.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The exact tasks required to complete the project will be up to the student and can be adapted as needed. The general tasks will include: 

  • Market research to determine successful marketing strategies in the industry
  • Market strategy development and justification 
  • Digital content development 
  • Client research for building list of potential customers


The final deliverables will be: 

  • Marketing research materials 
  • Marketing strategy documentation with justification
  • Digital marketing content (as needed)
  • Potential customer list with contact information
