What is the main goal for this project?

We have recently launched a multi-vendor eCommerce platform (Artnbuff Bazaar) for Indian Art, Craft, and cultural gifts. This is a social enterprise that aspire to

-Enable Indian Artists, Artisans, and cottage manufacturer to showcase their work and engage directly with customers. 

-Empower women to become financially independent by providing them with opportunities to showcase their skills and products to a global market.

-Preserving traditional techniques and cultural heritage.


One of the service line offered by the Artnbuff Bazaar is Art-on-Demand. Some of these Art-on-demand services include Art Commissioning, Corporate Gifts, Party favors, Celebration crates, Wedding ensembles etc.


We are looking for students to identify and define the target market segments, identify leads in those market segments, and develop sales strategy to approach those leads and close a deal.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

A report on how the target market segments perceive our service offering. We would like the report to include what channels we should utilize for promotion, what budget is appropriate for our goals, and how our messaging could be updated to better explain the social impact and value proposition. We would require content for targeted communication and messaging our value proposition.
