PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:

Our busy coworking space needs your help! We are using out-dated software to manage our members. We now require a new set of integrated software that will help us mange: member information, member payments, track printing etc. There are many options out there, but we are looking to purchase and combine a suite of software products that fits our exact needs.

If you like solving puzzles, this one has a lot of pieces and will be very satisfying to help research and pick the final solution!

KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET:

• Research software options to manage the members of a fully functioning co-working space
• Help in selecting multiple software pieces that will integrate together

IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:*

• online research, and communicating with sales representatives for co-working management software
• testing trial software accounts as a demo user to ensure they will work for our space.
• Making a final selection and assisting with onboarding members and trouble-shooting.

FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET:

• Selection and implementation of coworking managment software

The student will receive mentorship and supervision from the Community Manager. An initial training will be provided, to give the student familiarity with the needs of our organization. Daily check-ins on progress and time to answer questions will be provided (in whatever format is best for the selected student - zoom, phone or in-person if local).
