Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Axis Forestry Inc. is about to launch our own brand of tree processor, called the Rebel (tree processors fell trees, delimb them and then cut them to length for transport to the sawmill).

Our team knows that many tree processor operators speak Spanish and may struggle with technical documents written in English only. We want our new machines to be accessible for Spanish-speaking individuals by translating written technical documents and how to guides into Spanish.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Students will be responsible for translating technical documents relating to tree processing from English into Spanish. Documents include an operator's manual, installation guides (x2) and troubleshooting guide.

Students will need to have access to a personal computer with sufficient hard-drive space.
