Ecomtent enables brands to create content with Generative AI. Using Ecomtent's self-service tool, customers can create an infinite number of high-quality product images instantaneously, in any scenario, with a model of any age, ethnicity, or gender. We are on the cutting edge of technology.We want to develop a roadmap for getting our capabilities where they need to be to ensure future competitiveness and success in our industry.
We would like to collaborate with students to create a strategic information technology (IT) plan based on a needs assessment.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing yourself with our mission and vision statements.
- Completing a needs assessment.
- Recommending processes for training and implementation of an IT plan.
- Project management of IT initiatives
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding of our mission and vision statements
- Understanding of industry / competitor IT trends and capabilities
- Recommendations for hardware, software, and IT human resources
- Recommendations for possible training and implementation processes
- A final report.
