Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to migrate the current online course content of 123 Petits Pas Inc. over to the Kajabi platform. This will involve transferring all existing course materials, videos, and resources to Kajabi in order to provide a seamless learning experience for families in a way that is visually pleasing and aligns well with our brand.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Analyzing the current online course content and organizing it for migration.

-Studying the web design elements of Kajabi course creation and taking note of what elements will be required in order to replicate the current content over to the new platform.

-Making a plan of action for a seamless migration.

- Uploading and formatting course materials, videos, and resources on the Kajabi platform to look very similar to the way they are laid out currently on our Wordpress website.

- Triple testing the migrated content to ensure all elements are functioning properly (links point to the correct documents etc).

- Providing a plan for a smooth transition for students from the old platform to the new Kajabi learning platform.
