Juliana picked up on the role and its responsibilities easily. She extended herself to the company when it's timelines for tasks fell out of line with the week to week agenda set by the employer. This showed great initiative and her versatility as it pertains to project mgmt and being solution oriented when unforseen delays or challenges arise. We were happy with this students thorough performance and see she followed the suggestions and recommendations by the employer to a tee.
