This semester a group of students will spend 100 hours per Project Team analyzing an organizational challenge of your choice and assist you by developing a strategy to help you address your challenge.


Based on information you provide, each team will deliver an action plan that incorporates your unique circumstances and outlines a path to more efficient and effective operations.


The majority of the students in the Post Baccalaureate Capstone Course are International Students with a variety of undergraduate degrees and employment experience.

Student Project Teams will submit a +/- 10 page written report detailing the problem, recommended solutions, and action plan.


Each Student Project Team will complete a 20 minute presentation highlighting their important findings and recommendations which the business organization can utilize moving forward.

A company representative will need to be available to answer student questions regarding project scope.

A company representative will need to meet with the student group (MS Teams/Zoom) to outline objectives and expectations. Bi-weekly meeting with the Project Team for follow-up questions and to ensure the project is progressing in the right direction.
